Welcome to Casa Montelado, a villa nestled in a prestigious neighbourhood Las Lomas de Mijas in the picturesque village of Mijas, overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. This villa has been beautifully redecorated and refurnished and offers an idyllic setting for a truly relaxing holiday. Families will find it perfect for their needs, as it is thoughtfully designed to cater to your comfort and enjoyment. The villa is 400m2 over two levels, on a 1000m2 plot. The famous Mijas Pueblo is a short 5min drive or 25min walk. The beach, Mijas Golf Club and many fabulous attractions are just a short drive away. The stunning entrance is spacious and leads to the living and dining rooms each with a terrace. There is a fully equipped kitchen complete with a dishwasher and washing machine. There are three bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom. With sofa beds available in the master bedroom and the lounge, the villa can accommodate up to eight people. Two bedrooms have direct access to a large terrace with stunning views of the coastline.Also freely available: cot, high chair, golf clubs, bbq, books, board games, table tennis table, Wi-Fi, Smart TV with cable, beach pool towels, modern aircon and security systems, sunbeds, parasols and a lovely pool surrounded by beautiful landscaped gardens. The pool can be heated for an extra cost. There’s plenty of space inside the garage and on the gated driveway for several cars. The pool can be heated in the winter for an additional fee. Pets, smoking and loud events are not allowed. Access to the villa involves steps either down to the front door or up from the garage to the living area.Please note that there may be governmental water regulations in place at the time of your visit, which may impact the use of the pool, garden watering or limit tap water usage.
